Premature Ejaculation and How to Control It

For men who suffer from premature ejaculation, sex can be a nightmare. Instead of enjoying the moment and focusing on their partners, these men try to fill their minds with thoughts of baseball, work, or even their grandmothers. This kind of thinking only leads to distraction and less control of the body. As a result, premature ejaculation happens again and again, and men feel helpless to stop it.

The good news is that premature ejaculation can be controlled or even eradicated completely. With the right resources, men can reclaim control of their bodies and their ejaculations. Today's world is filled with over-the-counter treatments and at home remedies that can eliminate this problem. As long as men are willing to try to control their conditions, they can reclaim control of their lives.

Sex shops are chock filled with desensitizing creams and lotions that are meant to control premature ejaculation. These topical products contain numbing ingredients that make sex enjoyable with less sensuality than it would normally be. While all of these products have their advantages, none of them get to the root of the problem. The only way to stop premature ejaculation for good is to practice some exercises at home.

The first way that premature ejaculation can be controlled is to breathe deeply during sex. It may seem as if breathing control has little to do with ejaculation control, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When a man takes slow, deep breaths, his body will naturally relax. This will help him control what his body is doing, and more importantly, what his body is not doing.

Another great way for men to control their premature ejaculation issues is for them to practice some masturbation exercises. Rather than masturbating to ejaculate, they should try masturbating to curb ejaculation. Men can do this by masturbating at a steady pace until they feel like they are at the brink of an orgasm and then tapering back a bit. By slowing down enough to curb an orgasm, men will eventually learn how to control their ejaculation, thus making it easier for them to stop ejaculating prematurely when they are with their partners.

Another way to control premature ejaculation is to take a break from sex. Women love to be pleased by any part of a man's body, so there is nothing wrong with taking a break if ejaculation is inevitable. Men can take some time to orally or manually pleasure a woman while they regain their control. Once they have their ejaculatory impulses curbed, the sex can resume. This method and the other methods previously described are all extremely helpful and they will help control premature ejaculation for good.
